A. 10 min Double Under Practice

  • If not able to do double unders, spend time mastering power jump w/ single unders
  • If able to do 1 double under, work at reducing singles between each attempt

 

B. Tabata x 3 – Rest 2 min between each tabata

  1. Row (for cal)
  2. Alternate: KB Floor Press (53#/35#) and Ring Row
  3. Alternate: Pistol Squats and Arm and leg raises from plank
