WOD:

Your classic Workout of the Day

CrossFit Lite:

  • This class is a lighter version of the regular WOD.
  • Ideal for beginners or anyone who identifies themselves as such; however, it’s open to anyone wanting a bit of extra help or looking to gain confidence.
  • This is also a solid option for those members currently recovering from or returning to the gym following injury.
  • Tues/Thurs 7-8pm with Greg.

Oly Lifting:

  • Work on improving your technique and strength when it comes to performing olympic lifts.
  • This is for any member interested whether they be beginners, intermediate, or advanced.
  • Mondays 7-8pm with Greg.

Strength

  • Looking to build strength? Be sure to join us for this hour.
  • This is for any member interested whether they be beginners, intermediate, or advanced.
  • Optional “homework” will be provided at these sessions for members to complete on their own during the week during open gym time if interested.
  • Saturdays 9-10am.
