Hi there. All newbies to CrossFit are required to attend 4 one hour sessions to learn the fundamentals before joining the regular membership. You can book these sessions online at https://hityourstride.janeapp.com/#/crossfit-swift-current. The fundamental classes are: Deadlifts, Squats, Gymnastics and Presses. Once those are complete, you are free to join as a full time or part time member. You can pay for all things CrossFit Swift Current via e-transfer to info@hityourstride.ca anytime or stop by during clinic business hours and square up with reception – whatever is most convenient for you. My names Wyatt Bishop from Edmonton, Alta. I will be visiting Swift Current tomorrow and Wednesday and would love to attend an afternoon class. I coach at a crossfit box in the city and have been doing it for some time now. Can I just stop in or are the classes pretty full and require registering early?

On it, you’ll find the link to purchase a drop in online using our app. From there, you’ll also be able to book yourself in using our online calendar easily, too. It’s best to register before-hand to ensure you have a spot since we do limit class sizes for our space.
Was in town for meetings and wanted to hit a box for a work out. The website was easy to follow and purchasing a drop in vist pass took only 5 minutes. Greg was a fantastic coach! Had no problem giving pointers on form and advise on proper position ( all things a great coach does). Was really happy with the crew working out and the equipment in the gym. Had a great time….. even if the WOD was a killer! Really happy with your gym. Thanks everyone
