  • it emphasizes functional movements that can help you become more proficient at tasks ranging from carrying a child in a carseat to making you a better soldier.

  • it is accessible to all experience levels and abilities.

  • We keep it simple: Set goals. Learn proper motor patterns. Then get heavy/fancy.

  • We vow to emphasize proper mechanics and safety in order to build well rounded physical skill sets among our members.

  • We also believe strongly in a supportive environment, free of judgement, that promotes inclusivity, camaraderie, and fun.
