Open Workout 15.4

AMRAP 8 minutes:

  • 3 handstand push-ups
  • 3 cleans
  • 6 handstand push-ups
  • 3 cleans
  • 9 handstand push-ups
  • 3 cleans
  • 12 handstand push-ups
  • 6 cleans
  • 15 handstand push-ups
  • 6 cleans
  • 18 handstand push-ups
  • 6 cleans
  • 21 handstand push-ups
  • 9 cleans

Add 3 reps to each handstand push-ups each round. Add 3 reps to clean every three rounds.

6 C2B Pullups

6 Squat Snatches (95#/65#)

3 Rounds

7 C2B Pullups

5 Squat Snatches (135#/95#)

If all rounds completed add 4 min and complete:

3 Rounds

8 C2B Pullups

4 Squat Snatches (185#/135#)

**If completed in 12 minutes, proceed in 4 min increments until 24 min w/ changes in rep scheme and snatch weight

**Scored for reps, time to be used in tie-breaker

**Scaling will utilize Jumping Pullups and scaled snatch weight
